He knew that his family did not love him and that nothing he did would make them care for him or make his life any easier. hoping to find a way to survive the hell his life at the Dursley's is, he kept his eyes open for an idea on how to get the things he needed but we're denied him. it only took him until he was seven to figure it out, ironically it was while watching the movie about a femme fatale Vernon and petunia were watching one late date night through the slits of the vent on his cupboard's door. Could little boys be femme fatale? He had no idea. But these ladies sure seemed to get what they wanted: cars, clothes, money, jewelry, food at expensive restaurants, someone to take care of them, and rooms in fancy hotels... if all he had to do to get those things was to let some guy rub against him naked he didn't see the big deal. After all, the ladies seemed to like it. Guidelines: Harry's clumsy attempt at getting someone's attention starts with him smiling and winking at Vernon's boss from the top of the stairs as the man comes one night for a business dinner and is sitting in the living room having pre-dinner tea. Vernon's boss is loaded and Harry knows it. Nothing happens that night in fact, the man is absolutely confused by the boy's actions. When the man comes a second time he realises that the little boy Vernon has not introduced and is looking g at him hidden at the top of the stairs is actually flirting with him. Two more dinners months later and the boy is at the top of the stairs again, this time with only too big white cotton briefs and by then he is driving Vernon's boss crazy with his clumsy winks and coy smiles. One week later Vernon's boss asks if he has someone who can do gardening for him as he is still single and doesn't feel like hiring someone who would charge ridiculous money for a job even a small child could do. Besides, he trusts Vernon's advise and if he knew some honest child who would like to take the job he would just go with that. This is when Vernon seeing an opportunity to cozzy up to the boss and offers his nephew who is good and following orders but needs a steady hand and has way too much free time. They settle for a twice a week agreement at for hours per day... after all, one cannot give weeds a chance to grow out of control. Vernon takes Harry's hard earned money. The first few gardening days go normal but as they pass Vernon's boss takes more and more chances to affectionaly. Harry can't figure out why the man doesn't make a move to rug naked against him and thinks he is doing something wrong or not doing enough smiling and winking. This leads to Harry sitting on the man's lap one day and smoking him with a kiss that was more force and teeth than grace. Harry starts to give hugs to the man. Harry is quick to notice that the more he hugs the man and let's the man touch him, the more candy, food, toys, and little tokens the man gives him and since his uncle is taking his money he needs to do more so he can get valuable things or clothing and money that he can start saving up so he can run away one day. The man suggest to Vernon that Harry be more properly attired to work at his home, work that after two months now includes house keeping and is up to four times a week sessions. He tells Vernon he will provide what the voy needs knowing that vernon will let the boy keep his clothing if he phrases it in such a way. They start a sexual relation about 3 months after Harry starts working for him though there had been heavy petting, handjobs and oral before then. Six months later vernon finds Harry's jar of cash and takes it. Harry convinces Vernon's boss to set up a bank account for him. Harry starts staying the weekend supposedly because after such hard weeks of work the man needs someone the do the cooking and help lessen his load. He offers to pay vernon for the boy's time and he is all too happy to agree. When Harry is nine, on his birthday, he is informed during dinner that Vernon's boss is going to get married. He realizes soon he would have to find someone else to take care of him. Once he is back to spending most of his time at his relatives and the extra money he brough in is no longer available the abuse starts again and the Dursleys get progressively worse. At some point vernon gives Harry a big injury. From here is up to you who he chooses next to provide for him but none of his affairs last long or are as suitable as his affair with Vernon's boss. When he gets to the wizarding world he is thinks he needs to make connections with someone who can take him in if this things get ugly and he needs to escape.his relatives. He is scared to tap into his vault because he might need it later to live off of and hopes to find someone to supplement his income and needs. From the wizarding world you must start with someone owning a store in diagona but it must be a short summer affair. Harry has his money from his carers converted to pounds and the goblins deposit it at his muggle account. Must include Lucius at some point. There must be a tentative attempt on Severus but Harry backs off when he sees Severus is biased towards him for something he doesn't even know what it is. Can include a minor ministry worker. Can include secret boyfriend Draco who Harry is using to learn the polite society rules and wizarding traditions (Lucius finds it hilarious), the rivalry is for show after they start dating second year when Harry is left all alone by his friends because of parseltongue. The relationship doesn't last long but they end in good terms. Harry is still gryffindor seeker. Harry hates having to put up with Ron and Hermione while useful annoys him He still gets the map. Harry has middle of the night conversations with Mrs Black's portrait about how to be a suitable partner for a wizard and keeping his interest. M/M relationship ok in wizarding world pureblood society but scorned by muggleborns and disliked by most half-bloods because of muggle influence. Any other men Harry enthralls are up to you. Grey or dark Harry No light Harry, he is too cunning and damaged for that. No naive and stupid/innocent Harry No Harry/Lockhart Snake in lions clothing Harry as he realizes that to fly under the radar he must be what is expected of him and argue with the hat to place him in gryffindor Harry pretends to be average in everything buy secretly studies hard to be competent and be able to defend himself if needed. Harry finds a library in the Chamber of Secrets and delves in the dark arts... just in case... or so he says Harry convinces someone to set up an apartment for him in London and only spends the first and last week of summer holidays with his family. Harry is a kept boy but by no means useless. Harry has only one lover at a time. Harry is set on surviving and cozying up to the must likely man to help him live a comfortable life. Can end with HP/LV with Harry as Lord Consort. Can include LV finding out Harry is his horrocrux during ministry of magic possession as areason for LV interest in keeping Harry. Willingly given blood from Harry for a second ritual makes LV non Snake-like or Harry just doesn't care so long as he survives and lives in peace and taken care of. Harry still becomes MOD as he obtains the Gaunt ring somehow either from dumbledore or from LV during g their secret bonding. How he obtains the wand is up to you but in the end they were all meant for him. Anyways Harry, something small and inconspicuous that helps for sneaking out to see whoever his lover is.
