Some crossover ideas would be rosario vampire, negima,and my personal favorite highschool dxd. You can have Naruto going out with one or possibly multiple girls and then have the MC steal her (them) away. My personal hope is to see a dxd one where the one cuckolding Naruto is Koneko. The basic idea being that they have been going out for a few months at least and that Koneko, before she starts cheating finds out that Naruto is quite small, and that since this is even before the start of the series she smells a really strong alpha males scent but she can't figure out who it's from. After Issei is reincarnated and is hanging out with the club the scent starts getting stronger allowing Koneko to find the source. Because of this shes very aware of Issei and as he starts training the scent keeps getting stronger driving Koneko mad. As this is happening Koneko accidently finds out that Issei is very well hung and comes up with a plan to get Naruto to train Issei so he can get stronger and she can get more of his intoxicating scent. Eventually Koneko snaps and starts begging Issei to fuck her, they proceed to enter in a relationship behind Naruto's back until with his training Iseei can beat him and properly steal Koneko away. After defeating Naruto Issei proceeds to fuck Koneko in front of him. Seeing the huge difference in size Naruto looks at Issei's penis in envy but Koneko mistakes it as lust and starts a plan to either turn him into a female or a sissy either way the kyuubi, who is a female helps and starts picking up on the alpha scent and wants a piece even if it has to be indirectly through Naruto for a while. Obviously Issei's growth will be way bigger and faster than cannon and his harem massive even including a fem Vali whatever Naruto turns out as (female or a sissy) fem kyuubi and Ophis all being submissive to him. As a side note for penis size ideally Naruto would be 3in hard and Issei at least twice while flaccid. Quote
