They turn him into a weapon which he takes seriously but, whem the war is over he still acts like a weapon waiting for orders. I thought it would be cool if hermione or someone takes that inbuilt obedience and makea him a slave. Instead of Ma'am he adresses her by Mistress. It could be a pretty smart story.
