It's a slash m/m that was mostly told from the perspective of Shiranui Genma and had most of the older Konoha Jounin in it as gay or bisexual characters. There was Iruka/Kakashi, Genma, Raidou, Kotetsu and Izumo, hints of Naruto/Sasuke, suggestions that Shikamaru was becoming involved, etc. It was a multi-chapter fic and absolutely did not conform to most of the yaoi stereotypes. It was also fucking hilarious. Like I said, this was some years ago, I would have read it somewhere between 2009 and 2011, and I don't know if it was ever finished.
