How about something a little different? After the war the Inuzuka clans numbers have dwindled to extremely low levels, seeing as the Inuzuka are a key part of Konoha's shinobi force for their tracking abilities drastic measures need to be taken to bolster their numbers.

A little know secret of the clan is that they have an ancient tradition in which their shinobi/kunoichi get their dog like abilities because the women are bred by the dogs themselves, being a social taboo it is closely guarded by the clan and only the Hokage knows of it.

Shortly after Naruto becomes Hokage he is requested for a meeting with Inuzuka Tsume who enlightens him on this tradition and asks for his help, namely kunoichi to be bred by Inuzuka dogs. Naturually Naruto is shocked by this but at the same time is a little curious - he was a student of Jiraiya after all and is a little bit of a pervert.

Anyway this is just an outline of one possible way this story could be presented, but the general idea should be the same.

The only rules I want set in stone are that Naruto is in control of the situation, he isn't the "bitch" here so to speak.
