I read this story years ago - probably between 2008-2011. All I remember is that Light manages to seduce L onto his 'side' and at the end, they both escape in a helicopter because L can't stand the thought of letting anything happen to Light after it's revealed that he's Kira.

Sound familiar to anyone?
