As to requesting a new sub subcategory, there is actually a thread for that (pinned in this forum). The criteria are as follows, for pair specific; there must be 10 stories for the specific pair before the new sub sub will be added. Since we're not even close to tackling that sub domain, I've no idea how many new sub subs will be added until we get there to start working.
