Sirius takes Harry from Godric's Hollow and raises him. As he is a fugitive, they live in France and Asia. Harry's got an allergy to magic and Sirius raises him without magic. At one point they move to America and Sirius gets married to the US Magical President's step-daughter.... Anyone have a clue where I can find this story?
