I'm not very sure why, but I think it was because the goverment was trying to restore wizarding comunity. Harry was married to someone from death eater family. The other bit of information I remember is, that Hermione was married to Snape and was acting like complete bitch about it. Does someone know it? Or do you have any other suggestions for good marriage law fics? The only specificum is for it to be slash. To lucius, family is everything and he becomes overprotective of harry. The order just wants harrys new money so he supports voldemort in a roundabout way. It has mpreg.
