Grog

If you don't know, grog is a generic term for countless concoctions sailors used to put together to make rationed rum and fetid water palatable. I make mine like this;

I take a 12 oz glass and squeeze a lime into it then I grind cinnamon into the juice and add a little bit of sugar, toss in a few ice cubes, fill the glass anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 full of rum (usually Captain Morgan spiced rum), top it off with some mineral water then garnish it with a slice of the lime. The result; and awesome and fairly cheap drink.

So how do you make yours?

I mix white rum with strawberry kool aid. Other flavors work too, but strawberry is my favorite. Spiced rum goes good with coke.

Grog? Stuff so bad for you it'll kill you?

I mix everclear and orange juice. It tastes like someone poured sugar in your gas tank and you're trying to siphon it out.
