PorkChopExpress86 Posted June 13, 2008 Report Share Posted June 13, 2008 If you don't know, grog is a generic term for countless concoctions sailors used to put together to make rationed rum and fetid water palatable. I make mine like this; I take a 12 oz glass and squeeze a lime into it then I grind cinnamon into the juice and add a little bit of sugar, toss in a few ice cubes, fill the glass anywhere from 1/4 to 1/2 full of rum (usually Captain Morgan spiced rum), top it off with some mineral water then garnish it with a slice of the lime.
