Naruto makes burnt tea?

I don't renember much of the plot only that in one scene naruto(or other ninja) makes a pot of burnt tea over a camp fire the tea has alcoholic properties. He made it for someone else and told them a kunoichi taught him how to make it on a camping trip saying that on mission don't usually have room for alcohol bottles but usually have a few tea leaves so can make a drink to help unwind. The other person ends up drinking all of the bitter tea.
