My idea is that since this is their first time trying it, it shouldn't involve any rape in it at all. This is only between Usagi and Mamoru. And it should express more of a new level of trust in their relationship with Usagi allowing Mamoru to bind her and having her be vulnerable to him, and he does not disappoint her.
