Highschool DxD: Male Rias and her Harem

The princip is simple, what if Rias was born a male and when he forms his Peerage he creates a harem a bit by hasard but he enjoys the benefits.
The plot can follow the story of Highschool DxD but with logical change, there must also be: Fem Kiba, Fem Issei (much less perverted), Fem Gasper and Ravel Phenex in the Peerage.

Eh why should Fem Issei be less perverted here? I could imagine her groping Male!Rias a lot.

Well maybe not less perverted (even if I find the Canon Issei a bit too much) but at least best hided in public.
