Looking for Harry/Good Snape fic

I hope someone can help me locate this. I don't remember the title or if it was on this site or another. Minerva gives Harry a magic coin, one which Snape also has, as she adopted him. The alarm on the coin goes off, Snape thinks its Minerva, but it is Harry(abused by the Dursleys). Snape takes Harry away from them. Dumbledore forces him to return Harry to Privet Dr. Snape agrees, but takes him to his place instead. He contacts Sirus & Remus to help. Harry also has a teddy bear given to him by Snape. Minerva finds out Dumbledore has been planning to impregnated certain students, then sacrifice the offspring to gain power; he kills her. He works with Fenrir and attacks/blinds Pomfrey. She escapes to Sirius.
