Throughout the entire fic, he has an affair with Naruto. Naruto is with Hinata as a cover, but comes out. Pretty much almost everyone is in on supporting the affair There's a car accident at some point towards the end. Sasuke is about to go through with the marriage, but Garra crashes the wedding as he's in love with Sakura. I believe Naruto and Sasuke end up getting married. Quote
