In this challenge the academy is mandatory for all citizen until 12 years old, the curriculum include normal studies and basique ninja studies. After graduation the children can either go to civil live or, if they have passed the ninja exam, can enter the advanced academy that focus on ninja live. They stay in the advanced academy until it is proved that they have all the aptitude physical, mental and skill to be a good genin, they find a good team and that a sensei is free. Nearly all mission of D rank are effectued by the advanced academy to test the diverse teams and to increase the coffers of the village.

Like in canon Naruto is deceived by Mizuki during the graduation of the academy but during the incident he meets Kurama the Kyuubi no Kitsune from who he is the Jinchuriki. Kurama doesn't just base his power on anger and hate but on all emotion with a emphasis on lust. Kurama and Naruto agree a relationship of non aggression along with for Kurama a link to feel through emotion and for Naruto a capacity to see through an aura the emotions of people and also the possibility to manipulate these emotions.

Now Naruto begins his journey as shinobi and powered by the lust of Kyuubi and armed with his new abilities he will finally have the love and respect that he merits.

The ability to manipulate the emotions do not permit to instantly change or create a new emotion, the ability allow to give a temporary boost to a emotion already present, to accelerate the evolution of an emotion or to implant a seed of a new emotion that need to be cultivated.

Hinata must be (in result of the kumo incident) or must become the Jinchuriki of Nibi; She cannot be sealed because of the risk to free the bijuu

After that Sasuke try to abuse of Hinata and that Sakura have tried to kill a kit for no reason NAruto decide to slowly transform them in nymphomaniac slut, Sasuke for every male and Sakura at first for himself but later for everyone.

Naruto must have 9 mates, his team, his kitsune and a fem Haku are obligatory the other four are your choice.

Naruto must have some young minions with who he have the occasional sex : Hanabi, the Konohamaru corps and two young Uzumaki that he has found in wave are obligatory.

If you do a bisexual Naruto, at least one of the remaining mate and one uzumaki minion must be male if you do a straight Naruto, Konohamaru can be gender bended.

For the plot you can roughly follow the canon plot until pain invasion.
