looking for Snape/Hermione

I remember reading a story about Hermione waking up in Snape's bed after being cursed. To help her he must apply an ointment to relieve the pain of the curse. I can't remember the title or author however. Has any one heard of it? Or something similar?

I remembered something else about the story. Hermione's curse causes her a great deal of pain whenever she moves.
