I remember an old fic, I'm not sure on which site though I believe it was fanfiction.

Harry fed up with never having had a vacation decides to go on one, tours most of North America and Europe before coming back.

I remember him saving a few creatures in a mountain in America, inadvertently saving vampires in Italy, getting bikes as a gift to his pals staying in England.

I've been searching for a while but can't find it, maybe it was taken down, maybe not.
