This is a challenge for a UA of naruto where all ninja, those from Konoha at least, are bisexual.

There are no real Bijuu in this UA, at least they have never be captured and are more like guardian sage that people try to find to ask cousel or training.

In this UA, the senju and Uchiha never associate to form Konoha, in place it's the Senju and The Uzumaki that are the founding clans of the hidden village of Hi no kuni.

The Uchiha clan can form or join another village or can be a clan nomad.

In reason of their association with the Uzumaki, Konoha is located nearer of the shore therefore Konoha is composed of three main ground: Forest created by the senju, Cliff and mountain chosen strategically for a optimal defense and ocean protected by large Whirlpools provided by the Uzumaki.

The Village of Konoha proves quickly to be the strongest of the Hidden village in part for the variety of their shinobi (all the clans of base but also some clans that were originally in Kiri no kuni like the Yuki clan and you can also create some OC clans), in part for their teamwork but especially for a secret jealously guarded in konoha, another component of the chakra.

Indeed, earlier in their association, the Senju and the Uzumaki have discovered two other component of the Chakra: one is uniquely reachable to some persons after a heavy training and discipline, it's the natural energy, the senjutsu. But the other is accessible to everybody as long as someone is ready to lower his inhibition to access this energy, it's the sexual energy.

Indeed when someone has Sexual interaction, he or she accumulates a mix of physical, mental and lustful energy that can be add to Chakra to optimize their power, furthermore the more someone has sex in different manners the more he or she unlock idea or inspiration for skill and or use of bloodline.

Nearly one century after the foundation of the hidden village and a new generation is about to join the force of Konoha. One Uzumaki Naruto, 15 years, son of the reigning fourth Hokage and heir of the Uzumaki Clan, has just succeeded the genin exam with one of the best result of the academy and prepare himself to participate at the ritual to unlock his sexual energy where he hopes to be partnered with his three best friends, Hinata Hyuga heiress of the Hyuga Clan, Haku heir of the Yuki Clan and Tenten heiress of the Takoushi Clan (Takoushi, contraction between Kishi = Knight and TanKou = blacksmith).

Other details:

For the plot you can approximately follow the canon plot until the timeskip but with heavy change.

The principal pairing must be Naruto/Hinata/Haku/Tenten but other can be add to it temporary or definitely.

Some Uchiwa sometimes search sanctuary in Konoha like Obito, Shisui, Mikoto or Itachi, they are considered traitor by their clan and are hunted by the "loyal" Uchiha.

The skills that are to be unlocked by Naruto are : a bloodline of speed from the namikaze, skills in kenjutsu and fuinjutsu from the Uzumaki and a kitsune blessing from the spirit of Kurama. The kitsune bloodline include regeneration, acces to partial transformation in hanyou kitsune that augment physical and chakra capacity, access to the summoning Clan of Kitsune and finally access to senjutsu.
