Looking for a fic

I am looking for a story in which Harry and Severus were bonded but not by choice do defeat voldy and this is years later. They live in a small cottage where Severus owns an apothecary and Harry stays home. Snape meets Draco and wants to leave, the bond can only be broken if the other releases them from it. Harry lets him go after asking if that is what his heart desires. Never telling Severus he was pregnant. Snape leaves. A bit later his trist with Draco gets old and he comes back to Harry only to see him very ill. Snape forces Harry back inside and there finds out he was pregnant and lost the baby. Harry kicks him out. Snape spends the rest of the fic getting back in Harry's good graces as he realized what he left was what he really wanted all along.
