Hermione ends with morning sickness but doesn't realize she's pregnant until she plays a game of truth or dare with her friends, that includes a truth potion. She ends up forgiving Draco and has twins a boy and girl. After giving birth, Lucius, having escaped Azkaban, kidnaps Hermione and leaves a false not for Draco saying (as Hermione) that she doesn't want Draco or the babies. Quote
