Hermione/Draco Marriage

I do not remember the story's title or author. I believe it was a marriage law related story. The story is unfinished. Hermione is married to Draco. Their first borns are twin boys and their second born is another son. Mid-way through the story, Hermione gets into contact with Ginny through Draco. Ginny is bound/sold to Blaise, has an accidental pregnancy and asks Hermione to brew an abortion potion. The last chapter ends with Draco and Hermione worried for their lives. Something bad is happening at the Ministry, where Draco works at. It's more than 5 chapters in length, closer to 10.
