Naruto and Sasuke are doctors. Sasuke works until he passes out from pneumonia and ends up in a hospital bed right next to his father or something like that. I remember that Mikoto and Fugaku haven't been close since after Sasuke was born, and Fugaku was in love with Naruto's father, but accidentally drove Naruto's father away. Sasuke is a doctor who falls in love with Naruto, a funeral director. Fugaku does have a heart attack and he is in a polyamorous relationship with Naruto's father and Kushina but I think Mikoto is still in there as well.
