Because there are quite a number of Harry/twin fics out there, you know. Search "+Harry +twin" at the AFF search engine and you'll get a list of various Harry/twin fics. (Well, there'll be a couple of unrelated pairings turning up, but you can just ignore those.) If it's not one of those fics, I searched up "Harry/twin OC slash fic" on Google (assuming the twin is male) and found a fic called The Boys Who Lived on FF.net that has a decent number of faves and reviews.
