It's a future-fic with James and Albus (as a first year) attending Hogwarts. As I recall it starts with a new teacher entering Hogwarts and encountes on his way to the Headmaster's (Snape) office some older students having sex with first years (logically against their will). Later James and some friends of his rape Albus (I think the new teacher watches from the doorway). There's also a scene in the Headmaster's office when Snape, and later the board members, 'disciplines' a pupil (Albus as well?), Any help would be appreciated! Quote

The author deleted it, so I'm afraid you can't read it here on AFF anymore. She says she posted some of the chapters on her LJ, if you're interested in rereading it. You'll have to have to have an account there and ask her to friend you, as the Funfair chapters are apparently F-locked. Chapter 5 is available for public viewing though.
