I am reasonably certain that it was on FFNet, however I cannot seem to find it. Basically, the story had Cloud and Aerith (And others?) go back in time and Cloud was playing himself off as a mechanic genius. I remember that Aerith was also known as Aerith Gast (as her father's last name) and was well known. In the mean time, Cloud was able to develop a weapon that contained 9 Materia slots and that was apparently a great achievement in the story. (Even though his own thoughts said that technology in the future actually had 12 slot weapons existing. Anyone know this story? Quote
