So the fic I want to find is about Jayne being an Alliance experiments as well. He grew up in a whorehouse with his mother, a dog, and several ladies who he treats really well. When he was a kid the Alliance came to town and treated several boys his age for an "illness", really them trying to make the boys into supersoldiers, basically. His mother got him out and he doesnt know anything about this until he is triggered when River is around. He immediately becomes aggressive and 'breeds' her, although she lets him because she knows what s going on, I think? The crew think she's been attacked and Jayne doesn't say anything, but they think he raped her when they find out. Stuff happens and they go to his home planet, where his mother teaches River how to meditate and stuff because she had to do it for Jayne when he was younger too.
