Harry was given to Greyback, who refused to really touch him until Harry accepted he was Fenrir's bitch. Until then, he cast a charm on Harry to always smell like a bitch in heat to Fenrir's new dog, who proceeded to fuck Harry every day. Fenrir eventually transfigured Harry's bottom half into having a vagina, resulting in Harry becoming pregnant with pups. Of course, he still smelled like he was in heat even when pregnant, so the dog continued to fuck him. He gives birth to puppies, and Fenrir threatens to kill them if Harry doesn't accept he's the bitch now. Harry predictably does, and sooner than later, Draco is given to Fenrir because Voldemort sees how well he's broken Harry. Draco seems to have problems accepting he was now also a slave like Harry and Hermione (who we do see at some point), and is then delegated to being Harry's bitch (though Harry is still the dog's bitch).
