I had borrowed the "Holy Milk" idea from a fanfic called "Wandering Pilot". Considering you mentioned the possibility of Shirou running into the Swamp Witch trio:

Echidna would do whatever seems to entertain her or help her achieve her goals. Alleyne, maybe, but yes, Shirou would be all over destroying Funikura. He'd probably be into what they're wearing at least to some extent, but considering how female warriors tend to dress in Gainos, he'd probably also be fairly used to it.

Ymir...it would bug her, but she'd be curious. After all, he can replicate any weapon he sees instantly. She might go after him about copyright infringement. Or at least try to force him to agree to never copy her weapons. Although the replicating the user's abilities might also draw her attention, especially if it's not limited to weapons. Like reproducing a blacksmith's skills by Projecting their tools.

Nanael...doesn't seem to have any particular standard for her men, so her deciding she wants Shirou is perfectly plausible. Tomoe is one of the most blatantly heroic characters, so she'd be at least friendly to the hero wannabe. Shizuka would be suspicious, but treat him well, depending on Tomoe's response to him.

Shirou would be interested in Risty's Robin Hood act. She'd probably be all over trying to get as much money out of him as possible. Especially if Count Vance put out a reward for returning him. I don't really care for Risty.

Melona's the most blatantly malicious and cruel of the three. Menace would be fine having him serve her. Airi would use his life force to feed on and anything else the Swamp Witch ordered. Melona would want to torment him, just for shits and giggles. She'd make sure he was conscious and fully aware before doing anything to him. Then she'd also mess with him by transforming into other people, the Vance sisters, anyone he's met, really. Break him down to the point where he's happy to see her when she's herself, because then at least he knows more or less what to expect. Plus all the slime benefits.

Airi first sees him as just a food supply. Ironically, that works out best between them because there's no pretense to any interactions. And if at some point Shirou is free to wander but still stuck in the lair, he'd revert to his old habits of cooking and cleaning. That's what actually provokes her and makes her angry at him, enough to do something. But orders were that he's not to be damaged, so she can't just kill him. That's what leads Airi to force Shirou down and rape him the first time. After that, she realizes that a)she enjoyed it, and b)it left her with a fantastic surplus of energy. So from that point, she makes sure to constantly use him to top off the gas tank, as it were.

Swamp Witch, yeah, winds up super dommy. All about establishing that she is the absolute authority. Plus she has her magic. Using Shirou to target and help break any enemy target, like having him "free" Nowa and Tomoe while Dogura has them, only to turn on them himself. And she might decide to go ahead and bring in Werbellia's (the body the Swamp Witch is using) children, Annelotte and Aldra, to bring their strength to her side, and for a happy family reunion/foursome. He's in the odd position of being both the lowest on the totem pole and the closest to the Witch, like how a loyal dog is still just a dog, but might be loved and very well used by its master.

For Menace, the idea of doing something purely for Shirou's pleasure might just not occur to her as something to do. Like, she's aware that blowjobs and whatever else are a thing, but the thought of doing it herself just doesn't click. After all, she is a queen.

Melona is good at what she does, along with having a lot of experience, considering how old she's sometimes implied to be. Airi is also good, but because she feels that it is her duty as a maid. Whether she has any actual experience is up in the air.

Once the Swamp Witch had her say, Airi would probably be the only one with totally free access to him, since she's the only one of the three that's actually really loyal. Then some carrot and stick training, until he's trained into "obedience=good, defiance=bad." Although, considering Shirou, it'd most likely wind up needing someone else being punished for his disobedience before he gave in.

Eh, she'd probably keep him sometimes, but otherwise, leave him free to be wherever. Most likely with rules about who is and is not allowed to take him with them. And waking him up would probably be different, entirely depending on what she felt like. Although Shirou also typically doesn't sleep much, something like 4 hours a night by the time FSN starts, so he might just get himself up regularly.

Yeah, Tracing does include "Imitating the skill of its making" as one of the steps, so at least in theory, there's some level of being able to reproduce the blacksmithing work. But Ymir would probably wind up raging about that, since all he would be able to do would be to reproduce something someone else did, rather than doing anything himself. She might just decide that means he needs to learn proper blacksmithing, just so he doesn't disgrace the art. Although I don't see her using Giant Growth readily, just out of pride. If she can't get what she wants out of Shirou off her own charms or by force, she won't resort to that. Not to say she wouldn't use it at some point when she already had him, just to see what it was like.

1. Been thinking of another possible pairing for Shirou, this time from Fate/Apocrypha, borrowed from YeOfLittleFaith from Beast's Lair.

Thinking possibly if Shirou, Fiore, & Jeanne could somehow get into a relationship/threesome pairing.

In truth the Grail War is little more than a means for Jeanne, and possibly Mordred, to be summoned and get into threesomes or foursomes with Shirou & Fiore. If Fiore has talent for spiritual evocation, having an interest in the greatest example of spirits manifesting, the Servants of the Holy Grail War makes sense. And between Rin the proude genius and Shirou the overly nice failure, he would be easier to approach. Plus he could sympathize with her refusing to give up magecraft in spite of how it effects her, given how he trained his magecraft for years and how he clings to becoming a hero despite seeing how it could turn out.

And if it's a situation where Saber has given up on the Grail and gone on to Avalon, as in Fate and UBW, she wouldn't be available to summon since she wouldn't go to the Throne. So presuming UBW and having Avalon as a catalyst, it's basically going to revert to someone else from Camelot that had some contact with it, along with possibly being influenced by the summoner(s), so with Shirou probably aiming for "someone like Saber," Mordred is a reasonable outcome. And Shirou would have an advantage of personally knowing Saber and some of her feelings on the whole situation.

Jeanne...if she were Ruler, and acting to try and preserve the situation, to make sure to minimize casualties, Shirou would definitely work with her to keep to that goal. Then his usual harem protagonist tendencies would take over and help her fall for him.

Main issue is dealing with the justification, namely, if a Grail War is going on, who else is involved and why isn't everybody busy killing each other?
