harry/daphne fluff fic, daphne is learning disabled

been looking for this story for a while. harry meets daphne in 5th year (i think). finds out that she has autism (though i think its from brain damage so whatever) and becomes attached to her against the advide of his friends. spans the end of the series with daphne and harry working together to kill tom and live happily ever after.
