searching for mentor! marcus flint

Please help I am looking for a fic where harry is sorted into slytherin in 1st year and marcus flint mentors him.

I remember after harry was sorted snape gave a "welcome to slytherin" speech saying that his door is always open for slytherins and how he will be requesting mentor meetings with all slytherins. Of course he convenently forgets about harry and sometime I want to say either middle of 1st or begining of 2nd year marcus flint takes harry under his wing and becomes his mentor in place of snape.
