I know I need to contact tech support about this error (The e-mail you provided may not be registered or is registered multiple times, please contact support or try registering) and I have sent an email to TS, I was just wondering on how long it would take for this issue to get resolved for me as I'd like to do an update.

Ah, hello. You sent an e-mail to tech support yesterday. It does take some time to merge the accounts, but DG is usually able to process these issues within 48 hours.
