Guest Rianith Posted August 15, 2013 Report Share Posted August 15, 2013 I know I need to contact tech support about this error (The e-mail you provided may not be registered or is registered multiple times, please contact support or try registering) and I have sent an email to TS, I was just wondering on how long it would take for this issue to get resolved for me as I'd like to do an update. It does take some time to merge the accounts, but DG is usually able to process these issues within 48 hours. We appreciate your patience.
