I can remember in the story when sasuke is leaving naruto saying "...you considered me your closest friend. And i believed you, I was stupid enough to believe you..." or something along those lines. Sasuke gets turned into a vampire, he comes back, asks for naruto's help in killing itachi. Sasuke can't be out in the sun, uses naruto for blood (naruto goes with him to help him kill itachi).
