I have been racking my brains to find this fic, I know it is on AFF and AO3 and for some reason cannot find it for the life of me...must have lost the favorite I had in my task bar. Last I saw it was incomplete and the author said (s)he is most likely going to continue on AO3 not here; here is what I remeber-- -Harry worked in the ministry (something with magical beings/creatures) -Harry was basically commanded to work with this thing with the veela -Harry is the only option for this treaty, him or they won't think about it -Harry meets the veela at a cave(?) where he has a confrontation with the veela at the door ending with him using some of Voldemort's magic and showing the feather that he has as proof that he has been given amnesty -He meets the veela king(?) who suprise is Draco who has been gone for quite a while from the wizarding world. -Feathers represent a type of caste system for the veela...white is top of the caste and the darker the feathers the closer to being an "untouchable" -Draco has prism type feathers -Something about smoke in the room, poision for humans, aprodisiac for veela -Confrontation between harry and draco which leads to draco feeling attraction as harry makes submissive veela sounds This is about all I rember from this fic and would love to locate it again...even if it has not been updated as I found it quite enjoyable to read.
