Draco as a fairy?

Trying to find a story I read a long time ago. Harry goes into a fairy ring because he doesn't believe in it (on Halloween?) and is taken into the fairy mound by Draco. I think there is also a forced bond because he eats something there. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for replying, but those aren't it. I remember that Harry was drinking outside with Seamus when he went into the fairy circle.
