Crossover fic Buffy/ Tom Riddle

I'm looking for a fic I read a long time ago. I can't remember a lot but what I do remember is this:

Buffy falls into the Chamber of Secrets

Tom Riddle (not quite evil yet) is there

Buffy realizes he is up to no good

Tom feels guilty

They somehow get back to her time and Sunnydale

Giles takes Tom in

Tom is surprisingly ok with how they live - like muggles

Buffy and Tom like one another - duh

I don't know when it is for Buffy but I think it may have been wjen she jumped into Ken's portal to Hell during "Anne"

Please help. This one is giving me a head-ache.
