I don't remember what site it was on or the tile, so I'd appreciate any help finding it. A little summary: I believe that voldemort was already defeated, or wasn't really mentioned in the story. Harry decides he wants to be a girl. He grows out his hair & starts dressing up in girl clothes. He also gets breast implants, but keeps his boy parts. Some people at Hogwarts think he's disgusting & pick on him, but Snape thinks he's beautiful. I don't remember too much outside of that, but Harry & Snape do end up together.
