Xander hellsing crossover

I am looking for a certain fic. I thought it used to be on twisting the hellmouth but I am unable to find it.

Xander dresses as alucard for Halloween and it sticks around after Ethan's spell ends. I remember he ends up near the end of the story scaring the council in their own meeting hall in England at Giles summoning basically doing the "mess with the slayers and deal with him." It was a decently long fic and replayed most of the season from Halloween on.

I am also looking for any hellsing crossovers with btvs that I have not read yet. If anyone knows of any good ones please recommend.
