Consort!Harry & Consort!Lucius

I'm looking for a fic where Voldemort gets a hold of Harry but manages to become his consort with Lucius. He agrees and both he and Lucius get tattoos on their back of roses that Voldemort can touch and influence feelings. This goes on for awhile and Dumbledore and Snape start to worry about finding him, while Draco worries that His father will covet Harry just for himself and steal him from Voldemort and will get his wrath. Lucius and Voldemort find a weird mark on Harry and claim it as a birth mark that they have only seen on Snape. Eventually Dumbledore acquires Harry and shows Snape the tattoo on his back. Snape claims that it is the mark of the dark lord's consorts. Harry then says something sarcastic about Snape being proud about it.

This is all that i can remember. Any help would be appreciated finding this.
