One of the Naruto girls is haunted by an incubus. An incubus is a demon that has sex with sleeping women in order to absorb their energy. Watch the 1981 movie "The Entity" for more details. The incubus is invisible; cannot be seen by anyone in the story. It's up to you as to how, or if, you want the characters to defeat it, if you want to write a plot.
