Combed archive FAQ: How do I change in progress to complete on stories?

I have been combing the archive for several hours and wish to know how to change a fan fic listed as in progress to completed. I tried the various things that seemed to apply, but did not have any luck changing the status of the fan fiction's progress status. Can someone please point me in the correct direction to change the story's status?
