Tomb Raider story challenge

Here’s a challenge for a Tomb Raider fic;

It takes place after Lara returns from the ordeal of her
origin story (it could be the original games plane crash or the new games evil
island it doesn’t matter). Lara is required by the executors of the Croft
estate to undergo psychiatric evaluation to prove she is capable of handling
the Croft Fortune;

She sees an implausibly attractive female shrink (I was
thinking the appearance of Shannon Whirry or similar), they verbally spar, Lara
is uncooperative.

Lara wants something on the shrink to use against her so she
follows her to a hotel where to her surprise she is involved in lesbian BDSM
with a hooker.

Lara has more sessions with the therapist, she confronts her
about her “private life”. Therapist responds by threatening Lara with an
evaluation of paranoia and violence, and possible victim of sexual abuse.

Lara and the doctor go from enemies to colleagues to BDSM
partners/lovers. The idea I was going with on Lara’s personality was that she
had become an adrenaline junkie who needed dangerous or painful things to be
happy- this story would have an emphasis with Lara as the bottom of a rough
BDSM Lesbian relationship.
