Hanataro is fresh out of the academy, and ready to begin his new life as a shinobi. He graduated at the top of his class as a medic. He was glad to finally be out of there, his time at the academy was a nightmare, he had a hard time making friends, and was always getting picked on for being so short. He was 12, but yet he looked younger than he really was. He was also very shy and very timid. He was placed under Sakura's care as a teacher. He knew about Sakura, and had a crush on her. Hanataro trained with Sakura everyday, and he was a quick learner for his age. It had been a little over two years since the war had ended, Madara and his allies were defeated, and Sasuke, was back in the village. He finally admitted who he liked, and unfortunately for Sakura, he chose Ino. And Naruto chose Hinata. And Sai, started dating Karin, though he didn't know what to do or how to act around her, which made most of their dates a little awkward. Sakura was upset that all of her friends had dates, except for her. Hanataro didn't like seeing her upset, but couldn't tell her how he felt about her because he was scared of how she would react. Hanataro had crushes on girls back at the academyx but they were among the ones who picked on him. Plus, he was more clumsy when he was nervous. It had been a little over a year since she started training him, and his skills as a healer grew, and he himself also grew a little. They had gotten closer, and his feelings for her grew. One day they were alone in a hospital room cleaning up. He may have grown a littlex but his clumsiness remained. He tripped and fell dropping everything he was carrying. She ran to check on him, and as she did he couldn't hold back his feelings anymore. He put his hands on her shoulders, pulled her in and kissed her lips. She quickly pulled away and slapped him. He held his cheeck where she hit himx stood up and ran away. He spent the next few days locked in his house cursing himself for what he did. He loved her and now she hated him. She probably told everyone by now, and they most likely hated him, too. Lady Tsunade would probably have him arrested for assault, and every pervert in prison would be after him. He heard a knock at his door and was too affraid to answer it. He slowly walked to the door and opened and saw Sakura there. He was scared that she might be mad, but she wasn't. She asked if she could come in and he said yes. He apologized to her multiple times and she forgave him. She asked him where his parents were and he told her they were both dead. They died when he was little, and he had no other family. She felt bad for him and apologized to him for slapping him, but he told her it was his own fault for attacking her like that. After that she leaned in and kissed him him on the lips. He is shocked that she kissed himx but slowly returns the kiss. They break away from each other and look into each other's eyes, before they start kissing again. They have sex there in his room. It was slow and gentle, since it was both their first times. The sex positions were missionary, even though they were both a little clumsy at it. After that they become a secret couple. I like this crossover couple, I think they'd would look cute together. They're both almost the exactly the same.
