The story has severus as harry's uncle, set after HBP,Eileen snape wants to meet her grandson Harry, harry is then rescued from privite drive by snape and draco, he has a magical fever, also during the story draco is a werewolf, harry has a magical lion animagus with super healing properties, they also manage to pull sirius back through the veil. Help me please find this fic its one of my fave's!! Quote
