I've been reviewing fanfiction for about four years now; I do not criticize unless it is constructive, and neither do I demand that someone update a story. I know how much time it takes to make a good idea, and even more so to transform it in word format. Some of my reviews can be seen below.

I am gifted in grammar and a very good speller, I remember pesky details about certain things and will research anything I or someone else is unsure about.

I fail at life when it comes to angst, psychological-oriented fanfiction, sub-plots and fight scenes. I have written nothing of objectionable content period, but that does not mean I won't help with something that IS. I read everything except stories having to dealing with tentacles, bodily waste, or extremely violent sex. Tactful erotica is my goal.

My personal boundaries are the aforementioned subjects, making up plots, original characters(unless they're really needed), and being constantly online. I have written fanfiction for video games, movies, books, celebrities, and anime. I have reviewed in all five and frequent all five: mainly Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter, Tekken, Samurai Champloo and Naruto. I am fairly well-versed on Harry Potter characters, as well as Tekken.

I say you don't know how to critique properly unless you've done it for someone else. I want to help others that are stuck in that same rut of writer's block/ what-have-you I feel I'm constantly in. Being a beta entails devotion, patience, and a sharp mind. I believe I have all three of those down, and would like to use them to aid another in the quest for writing good fanfiction.

I speak Japanese close to frequently, so if you should need assistance with the writing/speaking part of it, here I am. I'm Year of the Sheep. I am African-American(so the surprise won't come later). And songfics help the world go round.

I am definitely looking for a beta for a gift fic I am doing. Most of my worries when it comes to my work is grammar, spelling, puncutation and story flow. Also, my work usually has incest, shouta or M-Preg, sometimes all three. So if you don't have a problem with that, I would be grateful to have you as a beta. Oh OOC, IC and canon are not important to me.
