I think Legolas did something for the king and got to go to a rich school even though he is poor. I remember Legolas is still conisdered a "child" even though he is like a teenager. I remember he gets picked on by the other elves and he catched Glorfindels eye who doesn't seem to care about forcing Legolas into things. I remember also that Glorfindel makes a deal with legolas that if legolas sleeps with him he will protect him from the other elves. does this seem familar? Quote
