Looking for a Pirates of the Caribbean fic. with a specific poem used in the story

Hi there.

As the title states, I'm in search of an old POTC fic. From memory it was Jack/Elizabeth, post Curse of the Black Pearl before the other films had come out (I think). It had Jack turn up on Elizabeth and Will's doorstep a few years after, Elizabeth faints, Jack stays at their home, romance ensues.

I remember this story in particular due to it's use of a poem called 'The Tale of the Miser and the Poet' by Ann Kingsmill Finch. It quoted a few lines: "Secret Passions, sweet confusions" being one of them. Elizabeth is in her library reading the poetry book and Jack comes up behind her and recites the line above. (Elizabeth is surprised he can read)
