I think I know the second one you're talking about. If I remember correctly it was Remus and Bill that moved the boys with Severus' help. Bill recieved a letter partway through the story that Fleur was leaving him and he and Remus ended up getting together it looked like. I remember Harry and Neville having to spend the summer brushing up on their muggle schooling so they would be ready for high school when term started. I remember they also had pet bunnies and Dumbledore was after Harry. I think Remus changed their last names, they sounded German. Hope this helps in your search!
