Asassin Harry

I'm looking for a fic where Harry is asassin or something of the sort. There is some organisation in the Wizarding world, where they all have daggers and I'm not sure if they were asassins or not. But the daggers had a big role in the organisation. I don't remember much about the fic.. I think Regulus Black was alive. And Harry went to Hogwarts and was in a relationship with Slytherin student.
